Designed for easy site installation the range will satisfy a wide variety of low rise uses and can provide excellent thermal performance through wider sealed units. Client: Bridge Estate Location: West London A major refurbishment project at Bickenhall Mansions, West London involved over 300 top and side swing reversible windows from Beaufort's Advanced System. Top and side swing windows were specified for this seven storey building to enable ease of cleaning in a high rise application. Concealed couplings and drainage also formed part of the specification. The windows also featured a unique Georgian bar layout to match existing style. The windows were finished in highly durable, low maintenance white polyester powder coating. The Advanced System features a polyamide thermal barrier enhancing thermal efficiency in compliance with Building Regulations on U-values |

| Heavy Duty Direct Fix System External Glazed |

Client: Hyder Business Services Location: Lincolnshire Blue aluminium doors and windows provided a strong and stylish solution for the refurbishment of these seven storey premises in Lincoln. The large size of some of the windows meant that aluminium, with its inherent strength and stability, was a clear choice for this project. To compliment the colour of the windows and doors the architect chose an attractive combination of clear and arctic blue toughened glass. |

| Direct Fixed Tilt before Turn Internally Glazed System |

Client: Apollo Location: Lewisham Decent homes project criteria dictated a high specification for the function, appearance and performance of windows and doors for the social housing estate in East London. All windows had to open in to avoid injury risk in communal walk ways and be internally glazed for security ease of installation and ease of future glass replacement without the need for scaffolding or scissor hoists. All were achieved by using the Beaufort TBT range of windows that also incorporated a 'Secured By Design' licensed locking mechanism. back to top of page |

Client: United Carpets A 1930's former school was converted into luxury apartments above a high street carpet store and had an exacting requirement to replicate the appearance of the steel windows that needed replacement. Client: Astons Location: Cotswolds This challenging site set into a hillside in the Cotswolds provides little difficulty to the designers using the very flexible design options given by the Beaufort Conservatory Walling System. The choice of aluminium as the framing material was made because it offers slim sightlines, superb strength and could be finished in brown to perfectly blend with the stonework of the main property. back to top of page |

Client: Vogue Location: Canford Cliffs, Poole A high rise sea front location called for the highest possible weather performance for replacement windows overlooking the English Channel in Poole, Dorset. The windows had to be sliding because of high winds and allow easy cleaning from inside. All were achieved by the Beaufort HSW system. back to top of page |

Client: Kaplan Location: Manhattan, USA An English style conservatory has been installed just a single block away from "Ground Zero" in New York. The luxury apartments required a stylish atrium for its main entrance and the high specification aluminium entrance door system was specified. There is a growing demand for aluminium entrances on both sides of the Atlantic as specifiers and installers are becoming increasingly aware that the natural strength and slim sight lines of aluminium make it the perfect material.
